Mexico have the last operating pair of FT A&B units (Ex-NP units)

LV FT's lacked d/b's. Also FT's technically were freight only units 
with no provision for a steam boiler, thus EMD redesigned the FT as 
an F2 with longer body that later carried on to the F3 and available 
as single units in any configuration
