Greg: The Pennsylvania Railroad never had GP38s on its roster, the Penn
Central got their first Dash 2 versions in 1972 and Conrail got nearly the
last ones built in the late 1970s.No Pennsy diesel roster I have seen mentions
any GP or SD38s, whatsoever. I hope this helps you out.
