Gee, that would be any easy one for me - Penn Central, naturally!  

Seriously, though, if you model it as PC you can still include a good number
of PRR locos/cars, but as PRR, the clock has to stop, with no PC mix.
Personally, I think it is more interesting to show the beginning effects of
the merger, rather than the end of PRR status quo - but that's strictly a
question of what you like to see.
