Here is something I spotted in a discussion, under railfan trip reports:

Thursday, July 9th, I went to the Amtrak Station in Alexandria again. I
caught 11
trains 4 hours. There were 2 NS, 3 Amtrak, 6 CSX. One of the NS trains
was going to
Philadelphia with loads and the second unit was a CP SD40-2 in the dual
flags livery.
I saw CSX train numbers Q 401, 409(empty Tropicana), 413, 173, 175, and S
409.
Amtrak train numbers 95, 96, 89. Lastly, there were several gons still in
Penn Central
paint with one still in tuscan brown PRR paint.
