PC: Sighting

I saw a PC-painted baggage car in Penn Station this weekend. I didn't 
get a clear look, but it was on the west end of the station. It was a 
green smooth-side car, with a PC logo at the end. It had steps 
leading up to the end door, apparently used for storage. It was in a 
part of the station that you could only see from an arriving or 
departing train.
