no, I'm not aware of any FB-2 truck PC unit - Even later Conrail purchases
of U23B and B23-7 used the AAR truck. What's strange is they removed this
same style truck from the Alco slugs supposedly due to some kind of
clearance problem, then use these things as yard units.
