That's interesting. Wood or metal? I'm assuming aluminum, because most of
the reflective signs are as such. Yet the SLOPE sign you mention is wood,
only 1 mile (?) away. Also, I know that most "middle" (sorry for the PRR
term, gang) division signs were plywood w/ PC green paint & white,
hand-painted letters.
