PC: Despatch Boxcar Ends

With the suggestion from the list to use modified PS-1 boxcar ends,
I've found the McKean 40' car and the Robins Rails 50' car are good
starting points, with the main benefit being they have no molded on
detail to mess with.  The drawback is that they are out of production
and pretty rare these days.  Fortunately, I grabbed a bunch of
McKean kits several years ago since they had the best 40' PS-1
detailing at the time.

I'll wait to see what Branchline comes out with before starting surgery.
