Technically, Conrail will not cease to exist. They will become Conrail,
Incorporated, and will operate in the "shared assets areas of New York,
Philadelphia and Detroit. The image is planned to remain the same. Division of
Conrail's assets, into NS, CSX and CR INC. is already worked out. I really
don't believe this flag is fallen, yet!
