PC: Youngstown

Hello PC Fans,

I live in S.Florida and grew up in NE Ohio.
I think the PC came through Youngstown. Please confirm this and if so,
did any passenger trains come through and/or make a stop?

I remember once as a kid being in the P&LE hump yard control tower and
seeing what looked like PC trains gliding by on the main track to the
north. Were they?
