PC: PC Psgr Cars on VIA Rail

The following is a list of ex-PC equipment in service on VIA Rail. Data 
source: Bytown Railway Society's "Canadian Trackside Guide", 1998. These 
cars were purchased in the late 1980's for the HEP I and HEP II programs. 
All were built by Budd in 1946-7.
