In the first issue of Rails Northeast, Jan-Feb 1976, the editor announced
the 75 PC SYSTEM BI-ANNUAL was cancelled.  Would the owner of
Volume II please describe what he has?

My opinion of Vol. 6 The Penn Central is that is has too much of the
3 predecessor roads in it.  The components of PC were already
being covered by books, historical societies, and magazine articles.
For a PC book, there isn't a lot of PC.  But get it anyway if you can
find it.  I believe it is now out of print.
