PC: PC Through Friehgt Schedules Booklet

If you look at page 77 in Allen McLelland's "V&O Story", you can see an 
example of a PC booklet entitled, "THROUGH FREIGHT SCHEDULES, APRIL 
25th-OCT 31 1971" for the state of Michigan and the provinces of Ontario 
and Quebec.

The book provides schedule and traffic blocking information. Anyone have 
a copy handy that can be emailed or xeroxed?
