PC: Harlem Branch info posted

Today has seen probably one of the fastest updates of the PC Home Page
in its history. I received an article about the end passenger service
on the northern end of the former NYC Harlem Branch. Because today
(3/20/98) marks the 26th anniversary of the end of that service, I
managed to get it posted so you could read it today. It is on the PC
web site under the new Passenger Service area in the Library, or you
