 the may '73 model railroader has a brief article that includes
 one B&W photo of PC 609974. Not much prototype info
 although the author does include some descriptions of 
 other paint jobs that he saw......
 
 the model he built isn't too much  like the proto car but
 then there aren't any kits that really are very close to begin
 with....
