PC: PC Ballats cars

The ballsat cars were ex airslide hoppers.  They were rebuilt by MK.
The CR hoppers that surive have PRR or PC stencled on the upper right corner.

Eastern Car Works offers the kit for this car, and Walthers makes a decal
sheet for PC with black lettering, which is perfect for this car.
