PC: PC Misplaced?

In responce to what Mark wrote about misplacing a boxcar.  A former NYC/PC/CR
breakman lives here in town.  He told me a story when he was out east, of training, they found a RPO full of mail that had been sitting on a siding for six
years!  What did PC do? Sent it on its merry way.
