PC: Color Equipment Guide book news

Tonight I learned that the Penn Central color equipment guide book
from Morning Sun has been delayed. The book was ready to go and was
supposed to be out by October or November, but at the last minute the
publisher wanted to make some changes, and now it appears that it won't
be out until sometime after the first of the year. Looks like we have
to wait a while longer....

I will also post this on the News page of the PC web site.
