I know of an RS-3 that is currently rusting along rt 23 (old Reading
mainline) near Norristown PA.  Seems that Amtrak at one point was
restoring it back to its PRR heritage, but ran out of funds.  The way
the story goes, I believe the Reading Historical Society now owns it and
has used it for spare parts.  I sent pictures to Jerry a while back, but
they never were posted (at least I haven't seen them).  Its currently
wearing PRR road number 8479.  The hope was that Strasburg would grab it
and at least fix it up for display.
