PC: Update

I updated the Penn Central Railroad Home Page tonight. Updated areas
in the Library include Sightings, News, Information Exchange. Also,
all of the Equipment Photo Galleries (not the Regions) have been
reorganized. Each type of freight car now gets its own page, along with
work equipment and passenger cars, which were moved from the Other
Assorted Photo Gallery. MU cars were moved from the Locomotives page
to the Passenger Car page. 

This was done to break up the photos so that individual pages will 
load faster (nothing like downloading 20 thumbnail pictures at once),
and in anticipation of adding about 30 more photos over the next couple
of weeks. 

I'm taking suggestions for a new name for the web site. I've found that
the term "Home Page" has become passé these days. And before someone
suggests it, "Cyberworms" is already out... :-)
