This car would be part of PC series 275412-275443, built by the Penn
Central at Altoona in 1970. Along with 275129-275137 (built 1969) and
278005-278044 (built 1968), these cars were assigned to class X62A.
Conrail must've retained the same serial numbers for at least some of these
cars, since I've a record of not long ago spotting CR 275131 with an X62A
stencil.
