PC: Black Markings

I was on a business trip last week and had to drive through Albany, NY.  I
stopped at Selkirk yard to see what I could see.  I caught a ballast train
that had two PC ballast cars.  They were both yellow with black lettering
and worms.  I did take their pictures!
