PC: Re: PC FA-2

     Earlier today I wrote:

   My apologies to the list, I have no idea why the first several words
were cut off (they were there when I sent the message).  What I meant
to say was "At least one NYC FA-2 was rebuilt..."  Sorry for the
problem, I will try to get it corrected.
