I found my CR freight schedules copy. I only managed to wrangle a copy of 
the changes pages; I don't have a complete copy so I can't talk to TV25
directly but can offer the following....

CR schedule dated Apr 5, 1987

TV6 Colunbus OH to Boston MA; TV6I Indianapolis OH to Gallion OH;
TV6S East ST Louis to Gallion OH.

TV6 blocked as follows at Columbus:

1. Pittsburghs, 2. Harrisburg and east, includes racks for Earnest 
PA, 3. Syracuse and Rochester, 4. Buffalo, incl Toronto via BUCP,
8. Albany, North Bergen NJ, Springfield MA, Worcester MA & Boston.
9. Cleveland, Chicago and Toledo ( inc Detroit Mail).

At Galion, sets out blocks 1&2 for TV4M. Picks up from TV4M
additional cars for block 4 ( above), block 5. Syracuse and Rocester's,
6. Selkirk ( TV's for Albany, Springfield, Worcester, and Boston; racks
for Doremus Ave, Selkirk and Westboro MA), 7. Cleveland incl Chicago's.

At Cleveland/Collingwood, TV6 sets off blocks 7 and 9 for TV 9 and 
TV79, and adds cars to block 8 ( above).

At Buffalo-TV, TV6 sets off block 4. At Syracuse TV, sets off blocks
4 and 5.

At Selkirk, TV6 is reswitched on arrival. Leaves TV's from Block 8 for
Albany, North Bergen NJ, and racks for Doremus Ave, Selkirk and Westboro
MA. Leaves Selkirk blocked as folllows 1. Springfield MA TV's, 
2. Worcester TV's ( CR's and Providence and Worcester's), 3.Boston TV's,
4. Beacon Park's ( freight), 5 West Springfield ( freight).

At Springfield, leaves blocks 1 and 5.

At Worcester, leaves block 2.

At Beacon Park, TV6 terminates.

TV6I leaves Indianapolis blocked 1. Buffalo ( incl Toronto for BUCP)
2. Syracuse and Rocester, 3. Selkirk's ( TV's for Albany, Springfield,
Worcester, 
and Boston; racks for Doremus Ave, Selkirk and Westboro MA), 4. Cleveland
incl Chicago's.

At Galion OH, entire train connects to TV6.

TV6S leaves East St Louis blocked 1. Syracuse and Rocester, 2.Buffalo ( incl
Toronto for BUCP), 3. TV's for Albany, Springfield, Worcester, and Boston.

At Galion OH, entire train connects to TV6.

Kinda amazes me they keep all this stuff straight! But anyway one gets some
idea of the way the TV's interconnect. The listing also includes
classifications
made for TV Trains listing by yard which is also quite interesting, but I'll
save
that for another day :^).
