PC: toledo division

Need info on grades from MP 349 to MP 351 on Toledo Division (former NYC) 
main line (near Edgerton, OH).  1982 Conrail charts show 2.70% from 350.1 
to 350.5, which is a bit hard to believe (the terrain in the area is a 
little hilly, but not that much).  Perhaps older PC charts have a more 
accurate profile.  There are other odd "spikes" in the profile, but that 
one has me stumped.  Using info for simulation program (the old Engine 64 
train-handling simulator for Commodore 64--remember that?).  Thanks in
