[This message is being sent to people who have contacted me in regards
to the Penn Central Home Page in the past few months, plus some other 
people who I thought would have an interest. This isn't a spam mailing,
rather, a personal announcement to you, who I think would find this

I am happy to announce the start of a new Penn Central Railroad mailing 
list. This will be for disucssing everything and anything about the PC, 
from operations and motive power to PC's (mis)management. For more
